In our restaurants you can find delicious and fresh pastries for Easter — Kulich.
These cakes are traditionally cooked and eaten at Russian Orthodox Easter. It just wouldn’t be Easter Sunday in Russia without a piece of this tall, cylindrical bread that has been blessed by the parish priest. Kulich is a cross between a bread and a cake with a slightly sweet crumb. As with most foods, the recipe varies from family to family.
You can tray our famous Kulich made from pastry with peanuts, raisins, lemon zest and candied fruit. They are decorated with white chocolate icing and colored powder
