Starting from 16 August “Grabli” restaurants welcome to the festival of Georgian cuisine. The legendary national dishes, original starters and bright sauces are presented in the special festive menu!

One should start discovering the cuisine with the traditional starters, cooked according to the original recipes from “Grabli” restaurants. Melting in the mouth eggplant rolls, basturma with spicy crust, lobio cooked from dark red kidney bins with walnuts, delicious and incredibly tasty ajapsandali, and of course, classic fried coated suluguni cheese – all the dishes are rich, juicy and flavorous, just as they are cooked in Georgia.

Soups are an integral part of any cuisine. The Georgian festive menu offers thick and hearty soup Bosbash with lamb, traditional Buglama soups with chicken, and Kharcho.
